Announced moments ago, neither stock has reflected a change in price in premarket on the news, however volume buying is up.

Lumen Technologies announced today it won a task order to provide secure high-speed connectivity to the U.S. Army Recruiting Command.

The $23 million task order has an initial one year term with 10 one-year extension options and was awarded through the General Services Administration's 15-year, $50 billion EIS program. The announcement marks Lumen’s latest score in a string of recent government contract wins.(More)

Lululemon, Broadcom and Oracle are among the companies reporting for last week. Expectations are for 215,000, down 7,000 from the previous week's total of 222,000.

The total number of unemployed workers collecting benefits, are expected to drop by 56,000 to 1.9 million. We are also waiting for Friday's U.S. inflation data which will likely influence the Federal Reserve's decision on economic stimulus rollback timing.(More)
