Reddit, the social networking business that fueled the 2021 meme stock craze, is working with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to go public as soon as March 2022.
Reddit could possibly be worth up to $15 billion in an IPO, according to the people, who asked not to be identified.
Last July, investors valued the San Francisco-based startup at $10 billion in a fundraising round led by Fidelity Management. Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue Management, and Tencent Holdings Ltd. are among the other Reddit investors, according to data provider PitchBook.(More)
